Standard Tags Our line of standard tags allows for rapid integration of protected RFID systems. The standard tags are available in several basic sizes and shapes. These general purpose tags can be used in a wide variety of harsh environments. Motor Mount / Metal Tag The Motor Mount Tag is used in the automotive industry to track individual parts throughout the manufacturing process. RFID systems record process steps, dates, and other manufacturing information either onto a remote server. If the assembly line fails suddenly, the company needs to know precisely what each robot was doing, where each robot stopped, and if it finished the required task. An RFID system captures, stores and reveals highly valuable real-time information whereas current barcode systems do not. Paper Core Roll Tag Our Paper Core Tags are used to track the inventory of paper rolls in Paper Manufacturing plants. Paper Manufacturers must identify thousands of paper rolls that have different origination dates, and vary in dimension, type, delivery destination and requirements. Our Paper Core Tag facilitates and automates their manufacturing process, which increases operational efficiency, minimizes delivery errors and reduces unwarranted recall expenses. Garment Tag
The Garment Tag is used to track commercial uniforms for cleaning purposes. Once sewn inside garments, RFID tags are used to identify individual uniforms to individual workers once they have been cleaned by a third-party. The RFID system is able to uniquely identify each garment and assign it to a particular person. Primary applications are for athletes, military personnel, and manufacturing front-line workers where frequent cleaning of attire and user identification is required. These high value garments can be tracked and validated during manufacturing and in distribution channels using our RFID Garment tag.
